We are looking to employ confident and positive minded individuals who are eager to begin a career in sales and marketing. The position we are currently hiring for is Seasonal, Full-time position and will be located outdoors at various event locations throughout Moncton. All interested candidates must be willing and able to travel extensively throughout the summer months (vehicle is an asset but not required).
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage consumers to promote the features and benefits of our client's financial service products.
• Memorize sales pitches.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Track daily interactions and submit end of day results.
Skills and Experience:
• Positive, outgoing, ambitious, energetic and career oriented
• Ability to influence new customers and walk-ins
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Excel in a fast paced environment
• Sales, Retail, Call Centre and Customer Service or Hospitality experience is preferred.
Compensation
• Competitive Salary of $14.00- $18.00/hour on average (base wage $10.30 or commission whichever is highest)
o Average Earners make around ($15.00)
